We are thrilled about Tulsi’s first Halloween! Since she is still too young to get lost in a trivia corn maze, enjoy harvest decorations or hop on the bed of a truck for a hayride, we opted to stay local this year and paid a visit to a pumpkin patch just off South Congress. She was most fascinated by the sea of “bright-orange balls” and of all the pumpkins to choose from my silly little girl went for the big one with warts. Just like mom she is quite drawn to things with character. Ha!

Tomorrow morning we are heading over to Circle C for our play group’s Halloween party. There will be about 30 babies under one in costume. I’m bracing myself for all the queens and kings of cute.
