It was my first time to be fortunate enough to shoot this captivating crew. I already can’t wait for our next one. This bustling family hadn’t had formal photos taken in a little over a year. I’m so glad we wasted no time in catching up on recording this special era in their lives.

These two girls possess the perfect package of feminine finesse packed with a powerful punch- literally!  They are into gymnastics, tea parties, and karate, and were an absolute joy. They are sparkly, spunky, and spot on time – finding their own outfits in 20 minutes flat and showing up ready to rock this shoot. Wow! It was a mini indoor and outdoor session, with just enough time on that very humid day to soak up their incredible energy and charm. With their creative, pioneering media mom at the helm managing muggy-day make-up and humid-hair moments, everyone looked so lovely against the Fall foliage. What a professional!

The locations and colors were amazing. What I will remember about this shoot was the unmistakable bond between these two. I grew up with sisters, and now have two girls myself. My heart skipped a beat when they looked at each other, shared a touch, and gleefully  joined forces in hamming it up to my camera. The foundation of trust and support provided by their parents shines through these siblings in such a special way. Something about these girls tells me they will stay close for the rest of their days. It was my unique privilege to capture what is just the beginning of their journey together in this life.
